Text of the Week

Makes 8:

2 cups flour

1 tsp salt

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

2 tsp olive oil

3/4 c warm milk


mix all but milk, then stir in milk slowly.  mix until soft and sticky dough ball.  knead on floured surface for 2 min.  then cover with plastic bag and let sit for 20 min. next break into 8 equal parts and roll these into balls.  place them on a plate (not touching) and cover with the plastic bag.  let sit for ten min.  next roll out on a floured surface as thin as possible.  cook on non-stick skillet on medium-high heat for about 30 seconds each side.  put them in a dish towel as you cook.
