Here is my June 29! Just another day in Adaba…
Hanuk came by early to bring me eggs and milk for breakfast.
While breakfast was cooking I made a gameplan for the day.
Received a funny text from one of my Peace Corps friends.
Read and drank coffee for a little bit.
Cleaned myself up.
Stopped by Bridget’s house on the way to the market.
Saturday means market day! Lots of fruits and veggies!
Bayonet with Bridget for lunch.
Skyped with Mom, Dad, and Evan at the internet bet.
Ran into these hooligans on the street.
They tried to teach me how to play with their “mekinas,” cars.
Made it home in time to see this.
Worked on making a nametag lesson for Camp GLOW (Girls Leading Our World) that will be held in Bekoji next week.
Said goodbye to Bridget, who walked home with mace as defense for the unexpected (hyenas)!
